  1. This is excellent. It helps me creating a visual post as I struggle to read. I need to know that when I am hurting, I can’t think my way out. When I have been involved in a stressful situation, I have to let the pain work itself out, sometimes over several days. I am just pulling out of shutdown mode. I need recovery following meltdown mode, too.

Ok every time my husband sees your childhood pic at the top he thinks it is me…if you go on to my blog currently and look at pics from my last three posts ( I did a childhood series) you will see why! You don’t have to read them but I think you will see what I mean from a few of the photos!:)
